Wendy Scott
I started In Balance Accounting Services in 1991 and for the first few years I worked by myself. As the business grew I gradually added more employees. I enjoy working with our clients and seeing how their businesses have grown and changed, over the years. It feels good knowing that we are providing our clients with a valuable service. For the most part, our clients become like one of the family and many lasting relationships have been formed.
I am the mother of two children, a boy and a girl and the grandmother of 6 beautiful granddaughters and one great-grandaughter. I enjoy spending time with my family and my many wonderful friends.

Bonnie Reddeman
I have enjoyed working at In Balance Accounting for the last 15 years. I like the variety of work we encounter with our various clients. .
Away from work I am married with three sons and a huge Labradoodle named Barclay. I belong to Beta Sigma Phi women’s sorority (with Wendy) and enjoy long walks with my husband and the dog.

Cosette Rozell
I have been working at In Balance Accounting Services for over a year now. It’s been a pleasure getting to know and serve some of our clients. I have really enjoyed becoming part of a team here, that values accuracy and integrity!
In my personal life I have fun taking part in a musical theatre group, a singing group, and volunteering on a singles activity committee. My favourite moments are spent with my 3 young adult sons or teenage daughter!

Eileen Lee
While I am a relative newcomer to In Balance Accounting Services, I do have over 25 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience to draw upon. I enjoy the variety of fields I learn about and the many interesting people I meet through bookkeeping. As a self-proclaimed geek, I also enjoy keeping abreast of technological advances and how they make business operations faster and smarter.
Outside of work, I can usually be found messing around with my piles of Lego, going to weekend comic cons in the Pacific Northwest (both in and out of my Lego costume) or playing with my three kitty fur babies, all with my imported American husband in tow.
